Koidulapark Hotel is in the former fortification area of the historical centre of Pärnu. The ancient fortifications were liquidated at the end of the 19th century and the territory was divided into plots. In 1905, a dwelling of Johan Jansen, a photographer, was erected at 38 Kuninga Street. The ground floor of the building accommodated Jansen’s photo shop, K. Viks’s garage and the shop of G. Kaal, a tailor.

At the beginning of 2002, the building was fully renovated and an extension was erected in the courtyard. The renovation resulted in the completion of a 39-room tourist hotel with a breakfast restaurant and meeting room.

The hotel rooms have a superb view of the 150-year-old oak avenue and the beautiful park named after the Estonian poetess Lydia Koidula. On the other side, there is the view of the historical firewalls that divide the plots in the centre of the town.

The interior design of the hotel is based on the traditional methods and fashion of the beginning of the 20th century. The colours harmonise with the shades of the park in summer.

There is a lobby bar in the foyer, providing a pleasant atmosphere for a coffee and a chat.

The reception provides versatile information about events as well as catering establishments and other services available in Pärnu. One can book a table at a restaurant, an appointment in a beauty parlour, etc. in the reception. In addition to that, it is possible to post or fax letters, buy consumer goods or use a safe deposit box at the reception.

Koidulapark Hotel was awarded with the Green Key eco label in October 2003.

Das Hotel Koidulapark befindet sich im historischen Zentrum der Stadt Pärnu. Von den Hotelfenstern eröffnet sich ein wunderschöner Blick auf den Lydia-Koidula-Park und die 150 Jahre alte Eichenallee. Von der anderen Seite des Hotels kann man alte Feuermauern besichtigen, die die Grenzen der Grundstücke bis heute in einer rustikalen Art markieren.

Отель Koidulapark (Койдулапарк) находится в историческом центре города Пярну, основываясь на земляном укреплении, созданного в период шведского правления. В конце 19-го века древние оборонительные сооружения были ликвидированы и территорию разделили на земельные участки. В 1905 году на недвижимости Кунинга 38 был построен жилой дом фотографа Йохана Янсена. На первом этаже здания действовали фотография самого Янсена, торговля автомобилями К. Викса и дело портного Г. Каала.

В начале 2002 года дом был полностью обновлен, а во дворе появилась пристройка. По ходу обновления был построен туристический отель с 39 комнатами, рестораном для завтрака и помещением для совещаний.

Из окон отеля с одной стороны открывается вид на прекрасный парк, носящий имя поэтессы Лидии Койдула и на 150-летнюю аллею вековых дубов. А с другой стороны можно увидеть исторические брандмауэры, разделяющие земельные участки центра города своим древним и много повидавшим видом.

В дизайне интерьера отеля исходили из традиционных приемов и моды первой половины 20-го века. Тоны красок избраны так, чтобы они гармонизовались с летним парком

В приёмной отеля можно получить всестороннюю информацию о происходящих в Пярну мероприятиях, а также о предприятиях общественного питания и обслуживания. На месте возможно бронирование в ресторанах и салонах красоты и т. д. Также в приёмной есть возможность отправления писем и факсов, имеется торговая точка товаров первой необходимости и сейф.
